Josh is the best. He listened to what my issues were and did some preliminary work to determine the best way forward. He then worked on me with expert knowledge of what muscles would react best to different pressure etc. I cannot recommend Josh highly enough and am now a regular customer and see his skills as an essential part of my fitness regime.
